Help with Delivery and Returns

Shipping:

Delivery charges will be calculated automatically and shown at the time you place your order. We generally use Royal Mail as we do find them to be reliable but other methods may be used from time to time. Charges as follows:

Christmas 2022:

Please note that we will do our best to ship SAME DAY if orders are placed before 12 noon (unless on Mondays when goods may go out on Tuesday due to the amount of orders received over the weekend).

The Standard First Class postage deadline with Royal Mail is Wednesday 21st December. However, we cannot guarantee orders will be delivered before December 25th with Standard delivery as Royal Mail does get very busy! If you select SIGNED FOR service, the same dates apply as for Standard service but your order is trackable.

To guarantee deliveries from December 20th - December 22nd, it is best to choose the SPECIAL NEXT DAY postage option. Last orders for Christmas must be placed by 11am on 22nd December.

We do our best to get your orders to you and send them off as quickly as possible but we have no way to guarantee delivery dates with Standard Postal/Signed For so Special Next Day is the only guaranteed method.

Rest of the Year:

Shipping Goods are normally dispatched within 72 hours unless ordered at the weekend or on Bank Holidays. For the UK mainland, Standard delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days.

Special Next Day deliveries are dispatched from Monday to Thursday. For SND delivery, orders need to be placed BEFORE 12 noon. Please note that NO NEXT DAY DELIVERIES are sent out on Fridays.

We are happy to include a gift message with your purchase if it's to be sent as a gift. Please advise us by filling in the 'Message Box’. You will find this information when you check out your basket.

Items are sent out by Royal Mail or DHL Parcel UK services. There are 3 delivery options for UK customers: Standard, Signed For or Special Next Day. For all overseas orders, there are 2 delivery options - by Standard Airmail or International Signed for.

Please note order may be delayed in delivery if placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on Bank Holidays as our office will be closed at these times.

 

What if I make a mistake with my delivery details?

If you know your address has been incorrectly inputted, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can change it before your package is dispatched.

 

Returns:

We offer a period of 21 days from purchase for customers to make returns with return postage at the customer’s expense.

*For Christmas 2022, we have extended our returns up until January 31st 2023.

We are happy to exchange or offer partial/full refunds on debit/credit card and Paypal payments as long as items are returned in perfect condition and are unworn/unused. Please return the tags with the items.

If goods are damaged or faulty we will also offer exchanges or refunds once we have received the goods and verified the origin of the problem. Please state the reason for the return of the item.

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case an item is lost (please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover if returning valuable products). We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Any import duties that may arise for shipping outside of the UK will need to be covered by you.

Please note that return postage cannot be refunded unless goods are defective.
