Delivery Times

Goods are normally dispatched within 72 hours unless ordered at the weekend or on Bank Holidays. For the UK mainland, delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days, although if urgent we can usually guarantee next-day delivery. We send out Special Next Day deliveries from Monday to Thursday - Please note that NO NEXT DAY DELIVERIES are sent out on Fridays. 

Items are sent out by Royal Mail or UK Mail services. There are 3 delivery options for UK customers: Standard, Recorded or Special Next Day. For Special Next Day delivery, orders need to be placed before 12 noon (but not on Fridays see note above). Orders for next day delivery will be delivered between the hours of 8am - 6pm.

For all overseas orders, there are 2 delivery options - by Standard Airmail (only for orders under £39.99) or International Tracked.

There will be no orders shipped out between Christmas and New Year Bank Holidays.

Please note order may be delayed in delivery if placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on Bank Holidays as our office will be closed at these times.

We are happy to include a gift message with your purchase if it's to be sent as a gift. Please advise us by filling in the 'Message Box’ and changing the delivery address where applicable to an alternative address you would like the gift to be sent to. You will find this information when you check out your basket.
